Collection and Returns

How Do I Return An Item?

  • You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange it for a different make/model, provided the item is unopened (except for items that need to be tried for fit) and in its original condition, including packaging.
  • Returns must be delivered in person to our dispatch center at the following address: Unit 4, Neepsend Industrial Estate

  • If an item has been ordered in error, a 15% restocking charge will apply. This will be deducted from your refund to cover administration and handling costs.
  • Before returning any items, you must obtain a Crown Garden Supplies Returns Authorization Number (RMA) by logging into your account, visiting the 'My Orders' section, and submitting a Return Request. You will receive full return instructions and a unique RMA number via email once your request is approved.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that are sent back after 30 days or do not comply with our returns criteria.

What If I Received A Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Item?

  • Please inspect your deliveries as soon as possible to ensure that the items are correct and undamaged. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt if there are any issues.
  • Within 30 days of receipt, you can return items that are damaged in transit, defective, or not as ordered for an exchange or refund.
  • All items will be inspected upon return. If an item is not found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us, you are responsible for all associated return costs.

Who is Responsible for the Delivery Of Returned Items?

  • All returns need to be delivered in person to our dispatch center. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the items.
  • If you are returning an item due to our error or because it is damaged or defective, we will facilitate the returns process, but the responsibility to deliver the item to our dispatch center remains with you.

Delivery of Replacement Items

  • If items are returned because they were received damaged, defective, or in error, no further delivery costs will be charged for shipping an equivalent replacement item.
  • Replacement items will be sent to you under the same delivery option selected in your original order, once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Delivery of Exchange Items

  • If we have the item in stock you wish to exchange, we will ship your exchange item once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the item is not in stock, we will provide an estimate of when it will be available.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once we have inspected your returned items and confirmed the conditions of return are met. Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method, except for deposits on high-value items, which are non-refundable.
