We require full payment before we dispatch your order.

  • Orders placed before 1pm aim to be prepared for collection on the same day, subject to stock availability.
  • Typically, your order will be ready for collection within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Do I Need to Be Present to Collect the Goods?

  • Yes, you or an authorised representative must be present to collect the goods. Identification will be required to release the order.

Can I Send Someone Else to Collect My Order?

  • Yes, you can designate someone else to collect your order. Please provide their name and ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation and their identification.
